Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery to France and Belgium then takes 7 to 12 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Yes, delivery is free for all orders over €49.

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to contact us. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please see our Returns page for more details.
